Steven Liu practices in the field of corporate, commercial and real estate law, specializing in commercial real estate acquisition and sales, real state development, financing, corporate reorganizations and business acquisitions and sales. He is experienced in assisting clients through various stages of their business growth and has headed several large commercial and industrial real estate transactions as well as residential development projects. Steven is also the current corporate counsel for several well-known franchises in British Columbia, and was the recipient of several academic awards in law school, including first place in Constitutional Law and Advanced Constitutional Law, as well as top three in Income Tax, Commercial Law, Advanced Contracts, and Civil Procedure at the University of Western Ontario, where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Controller and Office Manager

Jenny Sun is the acting Controller and Office Manager of Trivium Law. Aside from managing the administrative side of the law firm, Jenny is also the head Real Estate Conveyancer for Trivium Law. Jenny has several years of experience in the field of real estate legal practice and has conducted thousands of files during her work career. 

​

During her spare time, Jenny enjoyed karaoke, board games, and watching various Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin dramas and variety shows.

Jason Xue  B.A.                                                                

Legal Assistant

Jason Xue assists with corporate and commercial related legal work, including incorporations, share transfers, reorganizations, tax-driven corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and compliance, corporate due diligence, asset purchase and sales, as well as commercial and private loans. 

​

Jason is enjoys learning about photography and videography during his spare time, and been hired to do professional commercial photography and videography in his spare time.

Cass Ling  B.A.                                                                

Legal Assistant

Cass assists with real estate related legal work, including residential and commercial real estate conveyances relating to sale, purchase, and refinances, as well as real estate development work. 

​

Cass Ling is a long time food blogger and the firm's go-to person for restaurant recommendations. Aside from being a foodie, Cass is an avid traveler and badminton player.
